Q-CTRL’s services are hosted between a number of different platforms. In order to support customers who have restrictions on their network environment that requires allowlisting the following information is provided.

The information provided is valid at the time of writing and is updated as and when changes occur. However, if you require advanced notice of changes please reach out to our team.
Limitations
Due to the nature of cloud services we are unable to provide static CIDRs for the following services:
- Accounts (accounts.q-ctrl.com)
- Black Opal (black.q-ctrl.com)
- Docs (docs.q-ctrl.com)
Those facing these restrictions will need to explore proxy or VPN based solutions that allow restrictions on domain names.
